Accessibility commitment:
The design uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible FAQ controls, descriptive image alt text, responsive layouts and high-contrast healthcare colors.
Design practices
Navigation is usable without a mouse, content does not rely only on color, focusable controls have clear labels and images include useful alternative text.
Ongoing testing
Production QA should include keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks, zoom/reflow testing and automated accessibility scanning.

Publish a verified contact channel so users can report accessibility barriers and request reasonable alternative formats.
