Prescription & Pharmacy Policy

Effective: August 17, 2026Last updated: August 17, 2026
Prescription policy:

Tapentadol, tramadol, alprazolam and zolpidem are controlled prescription medicines in the United States. Legitimate dispensing requires a valid prescription and appropriately licensed pharmacy.

No prescription bypass

The site must not advertise “no prescription needed” access to these controlled medicines or create workflows designed to evade medical evaluation or pharmacy requirements.

Prescription verification

If a licensed pharmacy integration is added later, verification should be performed by the licensed dispensing entity using its compliant systems—not through a generic website contact or WhatsApp message.

Clinical questions

Questions about whether a medicine is appropriate, how it should be used or whether it should be continued belong with the patient's licensed clinician and pharmacist.
