Review policy:
Ratings and review counts must match visible, verifiable source data. The site does not inflate counts or create fictional customer reviews.
Current product ratings
The supplied source image shows 5.0/5 with 48 ratings for Tapentadol, 44 for Tramadol, 52 for Alprazolam and 46 for Zolpidem. Those are the only numerical product ratings used in Product schema in this build.
Schema rule
AggregateRating is used only on the four Product pages where the corresponding rating is visibly displayed. Blog, research and policy pages can reference the product rating visually but do not misuse review schema.
No invented testimonials
Customer names, quotes, purchase stories and “verified buyer” labels are not generated without real underlying review records.
